Definition of a Resident

1. The deceased must have resided in the parish as their main residence and not just owned property which may have been occupied periodically or rented out to others.
2. Longstanding former resident of Dormington and Mordiford Parish who have moved away to live with sons/daughters and /or in residential care.
3. Immediate relatives such as parent, partner/spouse or siblings of someone who is/are still living in the parish.
4. Former residents that have lived out of the parish for no longer than five years
5. Former residents with a family grave in the cemetery, who were no longer resident in Dormington and Mordiford, can have their ashes interned into a family grave.

 

Payments

All Burial Fees go towards the upkeep and maintenance of the Burial Ground & Closed Churchyard.
