Neigbourhood Development Plan
Dormington & Mordiford Group Parish Council is producing a Neighbourhood Development Plan. This is a statutory document that will set out a vision for the future of the parishes up to 2031. The aim is to make Dormington, Mordiford & Checkley better places to live, work and visit. Our first public meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday 2nd December 2021, 7pm at Mordiford School. DMGPC has become a Team Wilder Community Group.
A healthy natural world benefits everyone. From storing carbon to helping our mental well being nature is a vital part of our lives but now it needs our help.
All across Herefordshire people are taking action for nature, whether this is creating wilder gardens or managing farm ponds, every action makes a difference. By connecting all of these efforts we can create a joined up nature network and celebrate the effort that groups and individuals are putting into helping nature.
